1 Greys Avenue, Auckland

Archifact – architecture & conservation ltd were invited to undertake an independent and objective assessment of the heritage values of the Civic Administration Building located at 1 Greys Avenue and, based on that assessment, offer peer review of earlier heritage assessment of this place undertaken in 2012 by others. We have also considered the implications of the GHD analysis of the seismic, building façade, extant asbestos, and building services on the heritage values of the building as found in a separate report.
