Archifact was established in 2003 by Adam Wild and Heike Lutz-Strulik. Archifact is based on international models of building conservation best practice and offers a comprehensive range of professional architectural services.
Archifact is a New Zealand Institute of Architects accredited practice. Archifact offers specialist professional architectural building conservation skills supported by internationally recognised post-graduate qualifications and experience in the care of places of special value, their structure, fabric and cultural meaning.
Archifact ascribes to a multi-disciplinary approach to the conservation of places of cultural heritage value. In 2007 the office moved from Auckland’s city centre to our current location in Eden Terrace. Here, within the facility of Conservation Space, Archifact can draw on the resources of Archaeologists, Structural and Civil Engineers, specialist photographers and laboratory space to assist with the assessment and analysis of items of cultural heritage value. |
